Roane State Community College (RSCC) operates the Cumberland Business Incubator (CBI). It is a component of the RSCC’s WorkForce Connections Division. The CBI Executive Steering Committee is an advisory committee that provides strategic direction, leadership, and support to the CBI in achieving the CBI mission and goals. Minutes of each advisory meeting and its recommendations are forwarded to the CBI Director and President for consideration. The CBI director is responsible for carrying out the mission of the CBI and for establishing the necessary community support to sustain program effectiveness.
