Non-Resident Advisement Services

Advisement, training, and mentoring programs are offered to start-up companies that choose not to reside in the CBI facility. These same services are offered to established businesses.

Membership fees have been established that permit non-residents to participate in the CBI program. CBI’s advisors, mentors, and trainers are highly skilled and experienced business professionals, either retired from the corporate world or currently active in business. They have expertise in manufacturing,production, and services in both profit and non-profit environments. They are committed to support your business and share lessons learned to ensure that you have the best foundations for success.

Mentors work closely with a single CBI company sharing their experience, a concerned ear, networking possibilities and suggestions in their area(s) of expertise. Mentoring teams may also be formed to help cover a broad range of specialty skills that a start-up or well established company may need. Workforce developing training can help provide your staff with the additional skills that you need for your business success.
