Over many years of experience, Bob’s accomplishements include professional manufacturing leader with extensive division manufacturing management experience and multiple union & union free plant experience; multiple division and product line experience focusing on customer expectations & requirements;  skilled in scaling up, working with and negotiating with RM Suppliers, Contract Manufacturers and Customers; specific depth of knowledge in both line and staff manufacturing job functions; results oriented leader that consistently demonstrates a high level of personal commitment to drive business results but still maintains the softer managerial skills; and strong leadership attributes including driving innovation and growth, charting the course, raising the bar, energizing others and delivering the desired results. Bob’s business start up experience includes starting up 9 contract manufacturing facilities / operations for 3M from 1998 to 2009.
